3 Fun Halloween Activities Your Kids And Parents Can Do Together

39Halloween isn’t just for kids! It presents a great opportunity for your children and your parents to have some quality time together. Try these fun activities that your whole family will love this year:

Stir up some fun in the kitchen: Do you have a favorite family cake or cupcake recipe? Help your parents and children make it together with a Halloween twist. Add orange and black sprinkles to sugar cookies, or Halloween-themed icing and toppings to cupcakes. Trying to stay healthy? Melt some caramel, put apples on popsicle sticks, and make caramel apples together.

Play games: Spruce up your bingo cards with cute Halloween-themed bingo pieces. Or play “what’s in the bowl” by putting things like uncooked macaroni, jelly and gummies in bowls covered with orange and black paper.

Go on a great pumpkin search: Hayrides are something kids of all ages can enjoy, and picking a pumpkin is a great way to get some fresh air together. If going on a hayride isn’t physically possible for your loved one, consider painting or carving pumpkins together.
